1. Be a part of requirement Study for small projects
2. Be part of Design Team for small projects
3. Development (Coding) for a Module
4. Designing of Test Cases
5. R & D
6. Provide Solutions to unexpected problems
7. Should have handled a team of 2 - 3 people
8. Excellent Communication skills / Abilities to interact with the client directly
9. Readiness to travel to client site in short notice
10. System requirement study experience
11. Design & Development of Application Architecture
12. Provide Technical inputs to the team members
13. Coding & integration testing
14. Defect tracking and analysis
Reporting to: TL/STL/PM
For Tech Lead:
1. Provide Technical inputs to the team members.
2. Give Inputs for Architecture Design
3. Organizing and participating in Peer Review
4. System Requirement study
5. Generating the Requirement Study Document
6. Client Communication at Technical Level
7. Defect tracking and analysis
8. Interacting with SQA for the process audit
9. Internal review meetings
10. Project status reporting to STL / PM
11. Review all documents and deliverables before dispatching to the client.
12. Participation in Recruitment Process
